StayNorth wasn't built in a boardroom. It started the way the best things do, over a pint and a handshake between our co-founders Alex & Charlie.

Between us, we've worked across a lot of industries. But no matter where we went, we kept coming back to property. It's what we know, what we love, and where we both felt we could build something genuinely great.

So in 2024, we decided to just commit. Two people with different strengths, the same passion, and a shared ambition to build an incredible business.

That is StayNorth.

In under two years, we've grown to managing 55+ premium short-stay properties across London and Birmingham. It's been fast, but every property we've taken on has been treated with the same care and attention as the first.

We didn't choose London and Birmingham by accident. Charlie is born and bred in Birmingham, and Alex has called London home for seven years. That local knowledge runs through everything we do, from understanding which streets command a premium, to knowing exactly what guests in each city expect.

We're not a faceless agency. We're hands-on, obsessive about the details, and fully invested in every property we manage, because your success is our success. You'll always know who you're dealing with.

And we're just getting started!
